Please be advised that the supply problems plaguing the printing industry for some time, coupled with rising energy prices, have led to a dramatic increase in raw material prices (10-50%), which requires our company to take decisive action.

Our suppliers impose multiple price increases, change delivery terms and deadlines for items already ordered (up to their delivery) unilaterally and without any possibility of compromise. This makes it impossible to plan customer service and prepare offers consistently. This is a circumstance which our printing house, despite all its intentions and efforts, cannot resolve on its own, and we are therefore pressured to enforce these price increases and changes.

In practice, if your quotation or already accepted order requires the purchase of paper as a raw material, we reserve the right to change its price until the raw material is received! Therefore, if our supplier changes the previously agreed conditions of the order of the raw material, Keskeny printing & packaging will be obliged to enforce them.

This provision applies to all our quotations, individual agreements and orders already accepted, issued to date and to be issued from today, until revoked.

Current market conditions also have a negative impact on delivery dates, so please note that the production and delivery dates we give in advance are for indicative purpose only.

Despite the extreme processes in the industry, Keskeny printing & packaging is committed to its customers and is working with all its available resources to remedy the problems that arise!
