Laser cutting is a fast, efficient and cost-effective technology, which is an optimal solution for small runs compared to traditional die-cutting.
The biggest advantage of laser cutting, half-cutting and creasing is that there are no diecut tool costs. Therefore it allows for a more cost-effective and faster production of small quantities.
Laser half-cutting or creasing: Both solutions guarantee precise product folding lines and there is no difference in appearance on the outside (see picture 3).
The laser half-cut lines will be visible inside the box (see picture 4, left side)
The quality and appearance of 3D creased lines is the same as with traditional diecutting, with minimal extra cost! (see picture 4, right)
